Getting ready…

Table data checker User guide

Find missing values, duplicate keys and invalid values.

Instructions

  1. Import a table or use New table. To paste CSV/TSV, use the CSV tab and include column names in the first row.
  2. For each column, choose the value type and whether values are required or unique. Add more rules for other columns.
  3. Check the data, review missing, duplicate and invalid values with row numbers, then save JSON or CSV reports.

Example

Input / settings

ID is required and unique · 1,1,blank

Result / checks

Duplicate and missing ID rows

Dates use YYYY-MM-DD; integers must be safely representable. Empty cells are reported as missing only when Required is enabled.

Please note

XLSX / XLS / CSV / TSV / ODS → CSV / JSON

  • Dates use YYYY-MM-DD; integers must be safely representable. Empty cells are reported as missing only when Required is enabled.
  • Row numbers include the header, so the first data row is 2. Validation does not automatically repair source values.
  • Files and entered content are processed in this browser. Save results before closing the page.
